NEGLIGENCE
Gemma Fenimore was negligent when she falsely declared me a thief!
She conspired with the Court Appointed Investigator, Mellisse Brydges (mellissebrydgesandnegligence.com) and when the two reviewed my mothers bank records,
they so negligently read the bank statement that they falsely accused me of stealing $40,000.00,
even when the very statement they read showed the money was in the account. How could it be
stolen if it is right there in the bank?? Neither of these incompetent and negligent women have
ever apologized. That would mean an acknowledgement of their stupidity.
INCOMPETENT
"Not having or showing the necessary skills to do something successfully".
Gemma was the appointed counsel for my mother in her guardianship case. Gemma was
incompetent, ignored my mothers wishes and partnered with the Court Appointed Investigator
to unfairly attack my character and try to spoil my appointment as guardian of my elderly mother.
In the middle of the case, she demanded payment of her fees, then quit.
"Not having or showing the necessary skills to do something successfully".

FALSE CLAIMS AND PERSONAL ATTACKS
In what seemed to be a personal attack on me, Gemma unethically telephoned the
probate court and declared to them that I was "Holding my mother captive and drugging her"
Gemma also exaggerated in her claim that I had several frivolous lawsuits in my past,
when in fact, I had only one prior lawsuit and it was not at all frivolous, I was suing an
Insurance Company after their client hit my car and ran. One legitimate lawsuit
is not "many frivolous lawsuits"!
